Contact Form and WhatsApp
The contact form displayed on this website does not transmit the information you enter to a server operated by AS ABRUCH and does not store it in our own database. The information you enter is initially processed only locally in your browser.
When you select the WhatsApp button, a pre-filled message is generated from your entries and WhatsApp or the WhatsApp website is opened. The prepared message text and technically necessary connection data may then be transmitted to WhatsApp. The message itself is sent only after you confirm the sending action within WhatsApp.
Using WhatsApp is voluntary. You may contact us by telephone or email instead. Where your communication relates to steps prior to entering into a contract or to the performance of a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to them under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Protection against Automated Submissions
The contact form uses a hidden input field and a check of the completion time to make automated submissions more difficult. These checks take place only in your browser. No external CAPTCHA service is used, and form data is not transmitted to our own server or a CAPTCHA provider for spam detection.
Enquiries by Email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The email address displayed on this website is provided through a Google service. Merely visiting the website and displaying the email address does not establish a connection to Google. The email providers involved process the data necessary for transmission only when you send an email.
